It is very important for organizations to practice information management as this improves the efficiency of processes inside and outside the organization. In many cases the information management allows the company to have technological advances, solutions to possible problems or business downturns and even helps to improve the products and data of our suppliers and customers. Effective information management is not easy. There are many systems to integrate, a wide range of business needs to meet, and complex organizational problems to develop, but doing so brings better benefits.

What is the importance of it? Digitally transforming our processes and businesses helps to deal with growing competition and economic challenges, helps to respond to the demands of customers and workers, as well as to meet short, medium and long-term business objectives. Understanding the essence of this complex end-to-end information management issue and even how it plays such an important role inside and outside the company is vital to all of our processes and benefits us broadly.

Describe the role of technological discoveries throughout history. The role of technology in today's society can be characterized as a mirror and driver of the imperatives of human progress, regardless of whether the associated outcomes are positive or negative. Since its origins, the human species has been characterized by its ability to make various tools and artifacts. With the innovation, research and development of technology we have been improving our processes and making things faster and easier to do.

What is the importance of technologies in the globalized business world?  Technology in business is a necessity because as time goes by, the business world is getting more and more technological. Innovation nurtures business, and as technology creates the appropriate path for the development of innovation, so we can say that business needs technology to maintain itself.

Describe the use of the technologies in the communication field. It is the set of devices and knowledge that allow the processing, transmission and storage of data and that allow people to develop communications quickly wherever they are.

Do not send confidential information, or at least avoid it as much as possible

How have the Information & communication technologies changed the structure of  business organizations? Technological advances are powerful forces of change that, if not understood or applied, ensure the loss of organizational effectiveness in an ever shorter period of time and, consequently, endanger the survival of the organization.

What are the legal and Ethical implications of the use of technologies? Explain the in  detail. With the use of technology it is much easier to obtain information about what we want but it is our responsibility to know how to use it in the best way without legal implications since thanks to these it is very easy to obtain personal data and information that may affect others. Technologies many times also affect our mental and physical health so it all depends on the extent to which we use it
