  1. Has globalisation made the world a better or a worse place? What would the world be like with no globalisation? 
  2. Has globalisation affected all countries equally? 
  3. Which countries are taking advantage of globalisation to influence the world? 
  4. How has globalisation affected living standards around the world? What about jobs? 
  5. What effect has globalisation had on the environment? 
  6. Is globalisation to blame for many of the problems the world is facing today or is it the solution to these problems?

  1. 1. Globalization has a little of two worlds, doing better but also doing a lot of things wrong. The fact that the power of each country is not equivalent, or fair, creates inequality. I can remember the term autarchy from my classes and that means the absence of commerce and maybe we would be like that, living just with the things we can produce.

  3. 5. The environment has been more affected by globalization because the means of transport used in commerce are highly polluting, in addition to the fact that the production of any good implies a waste of water and pollution.

  4. Definitely no, it has been different in each country because obviously it affects economically and socially in a total different way. It’s not the same globalization for Africa than for United States.

  5. 6. I think it can be a solution to many problems but unfortunately it can also be blamed for many problems happening in the world.

  6. 8. Definitely it will be more globalized because every day it is bigger the exchange of knowledge, money, commodities, finished products and the arriving of foreing factories looking for labor force is more common.

  8. 2. Certainly not, globalization has helped more the countries that were already ahead in the game (developed countries) while the disadvantaged countries grow very slow.
